Hospital Parking Pass Application

InterFaith Works of CNY issues Hospital Parking Pass Cards to Clergy and Spiritual Care Volunteers of all faiths. The card allows for unlimited, free parking at four Syracuse area hospitals for a period of one year. The annual fee for the Parking Pass Card is $25. To apply for a Hospital Parking Pass Card, complete the application form and return it with a check for $25 to InterFaith Works of CNY, 3049 East Genesee Street, Syracuse, NY 13224. Please allow three weeks processing time from the day your application is received.
