I am the Caseworker who works helps Cuban and Haitian refugees settle in Syracuse. I have a Law Degree in my country and also have worked immigration in San Juan, Puerto Rico. In my own experience as an immigrant I know how hard it is to start over in a new country completely different from our culture.
