As the Sponsor Coordinator here I assist faith communities and civic groups to sponsor refugee families as well as other volunteer and service opportunities. I have my masters in both Social Work and Electrical Engineering and am very involved in outreach at my church. What I love about my job is when a stranger from half-way around the world refers to me as “sister”.
