One of InterFaith Works’ cornerstone programs is the Ahmad and Elizabeth El-Hindi Center for Dialogue & Action (CDA) has been engaged in a serious organizing effort about racism, race relations and healing for the last 25 years. The Community-Wide Dialogue to End Racism is the longest running dialogue of its kind in the nation
CDA serves as a regional hub for constructive community engagement using a racial equity lens in conjunction with a dialogue to action model. We bring together disparate groups of people to foster mutual understanding and trust. Dialogue programs address community concerns and encourage understanding across racial, ethnic, religious and community differences.
